Rye Of The Tiger IPA – Great Lakes Brewing Co. — Pours a clear amber with a slowly fading beige head, good lacing. Aroma of rye, grains, some malt. Taste is rye, mild toasted grains, a bit of caramel malt with some floral earthy hops bitterness. Palate is a medium body, crisp with good carbonation. Finishes with rye, grains, malt and earthy hops bitterness for balance, slightly dry ending. Overall a very good, balanced and good drinking brew.
